I would like to exchange the suit as I selected the wrong size. Can I do it? Within how many days can I do that?

ANSWER:

You certainly can. If the required size is not available, we make a refund. The refund term is 30 days, and refund is made provided that the returned item retains a marketable condition.

QUESTION 3:

The boots I bought turned out faulted. Do you provide warranties for your products?

ANSWER:

Yes, the warranty is validated within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.


QUESTION 4:

I have lost the receipt. What should I do if I decide to replace the product?

ANSWER:  

In such cases, the warranty liability is fully preserved.


QUESTION 5:

How prompt is delivery of an item?

ANSWER:

As a rule we deliver next day after placing the order.


QUESTION 6:

I’ve bought a gift that did not suit. Can I return it?

ANSWER:

QUESTION 7:

I’ve bought a suit in your shop and paid the delivery. Now I’d like to exchange it for another colour. Shall I pay the delivery again?

ANSWER:

Yes, you will have to pay it yourself, as we have already fulfilled our obligations. We do not pay the delivery of the products subjected to warranty replacement. 


QUESTION 8:

Are the prices in on- and off-line shops the same?

ANSWER:

Yes, and we constantly keep track of prices on the web-site. If the price in the offline shop is different, we prioritize a lower price.


QUESTION 9:

I’ve ordered boots by C.O.D. The pair I received looks very different from what I saw on the web-site. Can I return the boots?

ANSWER:

Yes, you can. This happens, though rather seldom. And if we receive a complaint about discrepancy between a picture and a product, we replace the picture within a few days.
